1. That the report entitled “Denison Daycare 605 Fernbank Road – Green Shed”, dated December 5, 2022 be received; and, 2. That staff be authorized to approve the demolition of the green shed located at the southwest corner of the property leased to Denison Child Care; and, 3. That staff explore opportunities to salvage components of the green shed; and, 4. That Staff be authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution.
