That Fire Services Report 2020-01 titled Amendment to the Town of Newmarket By-law 2019-60 regarding Motor Vehicle Collision Cost Recovery Program dated December 20, 2019 be received; and, That the Joint Council Committee (JCC) recommend to Newmarket and Aurora Town Councils that amendments to Newmarket By-law 2019-60 be adopted in accordance with Attachment 1 to this report; and, That staff be authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution.
