That the Library Board approve the transfer of $95,000 of the Library’s 2017 operating surplus into reserve funds for the purposes identified in the report once the 2017 surplus is confirmed by the Auditors; AND THAT the Library Board approve the transfer of the remaining surplus balance to the Town’s reserve funds.
