That the Main Street District Business Improvement Area Board of Management form a COVID-19 Marketing and Advertising sub-committee composed of Tom Hempen, Rob Clark, Ken Sparks and Omar Saer; and, That up to $10,000 be allocated towards the COVID-19 advertising and marketing efforts.
