That the Main Street District Business Improvement Area Board of Management Meeting Minutes of July 06, 2022 be approved.

McLachlan That $2000 be allocated in the Main Street District Business Improvement Area Board of Management's budget for maintenance of the website.

That the Main Street District Business Improvement Area Board of Management contribute $500 for marketing expenses to the Newmarket International Festival of One Act Plays.
