Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee

That the presentation provided by Bill White, Project Management Leader – Mulock Property regarding the Mulock House State of Good Repair - Heritage Permit Application be received.

That the Heritage Committee support the applicant’s proposal for 33 Mulock Drive (formerly 16780 Yonge Street, the Mulock House), as described including: Repairs to slate roof and addition of venting described in the “Roof & Attic Work Package”, with final natural slate colour to be selected; and, Repairs to the verandah including guard height change, as described in the “Verandah Work Package”; and, Repairs to foundation as described in the “Foundation Work Package”.

That the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee recommend that the Town look into the potential to designate the property, and; That there be a peer review from the Town’s retained heritage consultants; and, That a report from the Town's retained heritage consultant states if the Town should designate the property.

That the meeting be adjourned at 8:20 PM.
