That the report entitled 500 Water Street Request for Proposals dated May 29, 2023 be received; and, That staff be directed to issue a request for proposals to seek a new tenant for 500 Water Street on substantially the terms set out in this report; and, That staff be directed to evaluate the proposals based substantially on the criteria listed in this report; and, That staff be directed to finalize the terms of a new long-term lease based substantially on the terms set out in this report; and, That the CAO be directed to execute the lease for 500 Water Street with the successful proponent; and, That Staff be authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution.
