That the Additions and Corrections be approved.

That the presentation by Simon Granat, Legislative Coordinator regarding the Main Street Business Improvement Area Board of Management Orientation be received.

That the presentation by Elizabeth Hawkins, Business Development Specialist regarding Budget Orientation be received.

That Tom Hempen be appointed Chair of the Main Street District Business Improvement Area Board of Management.

That Avi Wulfand be appointed Vice Chair of the Main Street District Business Improvement Area Board of Management.

That Dominic Pede be appointed Secretary-Treasurer of the Main Street District Business Improvement Area Board of Management.

That the Main Street District Business Improvement Area Board of Management meeting minutes of November 2, 2022 be approved.

That the Main Street District Business Improvement Area Board of Management meeting minutes of February 1, 2023 be approved.

That the Main Street District Business Improvement Area Board of Management approve the expenditure of up to $800 to purchase flags, and other reusable materials in support of York Pride for Business Improvement Area member businesses.

That a Marketing Sub-Committee be established; and, That Tom Hempen, Ken Sparks, and Norm Pereira be appointed to the Marketing Sub-Committee; and, That the Marketing Sub-Committee be authorized expenditures of up to $10,000.

That the meeting be adjourned at 9:47 AM.
