THAT By-law 2013-02 be enacted. 2013-02 A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE IMPOSITION OF LATE PAYMENT CHARGES FOR NON-PAYMENT OF TAXES. To impose late payment charges for the non-payment of taxes. (Council of December 17, 2012-1/em 34)

THAT By-law 2013-03 be enacted. 2013-03 A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM THE PROCEEDINGS OF COUNCIL AT ITS MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 21, 2013.
