Motions Arising from Closed Session: That the Library Board receive the report regarding personal matters pertaining to an identifiable individual; And that the Library Board appoint an interim Acting CEO as outlined in Closed Session until such time as a replacement permanent full-time CEO has been hired; And that a Hiring Committee be established as reported in Closed Session to commence the recruitment process to hire a permanent full-time CEO.
