a) THAT the New Business Item b) of the draft Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee Minutes of May 3, 2016 with respect to a vacancy on the Committee be received; b) AND THAT Council waive Section 4 ii) of the Committee Public Appointment Policy to excuse with reason Ms. Soni Felix Raj from her duties on the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee for the period of July through September, 2016; c) AND THAT staff be directed to review the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee Workplan in order to prioritize tasks and canvas for additional volunteers to assist with executing the workplan tasks.
