That Joint Central York Fire Services Report - Financial Services - 2017-42 dated September 13, 2017 regarding Draft 2018 Operating and Capital Budget be received and the following recommendations be adopted: a. That the Joint Council Committee (JCC) receive and review the draft budgets; and, b. That a special JCC meeting be called in October to finalize a recommendation to be sent to Aurora Council for review.
