That the presentation provided by Kimiko Huguenin, Legislative Coordinator regarding Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee Orientation be received.

That the presentation provided by David Ecclestone, Partner, +VG Architects regarding the Mulock House Adaptive Re-Use - Progress Update be received.

MacPherson That the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee support the applicant’s proposal for 605 Fernbank/896/900 Mulock Drive as described in the heritage permit application; and, That any interior materials suitable for salvage should be salvaged during the construction phase.

MacPherson That the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee support the applicant’s proposal for 465 D'Arcy Street for: The proposed demolition; and, The issuance of the Heritage Permit; and, The removal of 465 D'Arcy Street from the Town's non-designated list

That the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee recommend a heritage plaque for 247 Lorne Avenue be ordered and issued

MacPherson That the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee recommend a heritage plaque for 155 Church Street be ordered and issued subject to the homeowner providing proof that a previous heritage plaque was damaged.

That the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee recommend a heritage plaque for 330 Botsford Street be ordered and issued.

That the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee not recommend a heritage plaque for 279 - 281 Court Street based on internal evaluation criteria.

That the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee not recommend a heritage plaque for 92 Main Street North based on internal design criteria.

That the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee Meeting Minutes of September 6, 2022 be approved.

That the meeting be adjourned at 8:24 PM.
