(Glenway) matter be received; AND THAT the deputation by Ms. Christine Bisanz, President of the Glenway Preservation Association regarding the Ontario Municipal Board decision with respect to Glenway lands be received.

THAT the verbal advice of the Director of Legal Services/Municipal Solicitor, the external planning consultant and external legal counsel and the correspondence by Ms. Mary Bull, Wood Bull, LLP be received; a) AND THAT Council direct staff to explore all options for resolution of the Phase 2 hearing before the Ontario Municipal Board regarding the Marianneville Developments Ltd. (Glenway) application; b) AND THAT the option findings be reported back at the Committee of the Whole meeting scheduled for April 7, 2014.
