That the application for Site Plan Approval for File Number D11-NP-21-19 be received; and, That the application to redevelop the site with an additional four retail buildings and an associated gas bar be Approved In Principle and that staff be directed to continue the technical review of the application to ensure conformity with the Zoning By-law, Official Plan, and all other applicable policies; and, That staff be directed to ensure full consideration is given to all comments provided by Committee; and, That Aarthi Thaya of Rice Group be notified of this action; and, That staff be authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution; and. That the Applicant agree to open the secondary intersection by March 1st 2022, or come back to the January Meeting for review.
