Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee

That the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee meeting minutes of May 23, 2023 be approved.

That Elaine Adam be appointed as Chair of the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee.

That Joshua Campbell be appointed as Vice Chair of the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee.

That Dan MacPherson be appointed to the Elman W. Campbell Museum Board.

That Dan MacPherson be appointed to the Lower Main Street South Heritage Conservation District Advisory Group.

That the presentation by Shaheen Datoo, owner of Little Feet Montessori Day Care and Sara Rahgozar, Co-founder and Principal at Quadrant Architects regarding 75 Dawson Manor - Heritage permit for an interior renovation and daycare use be received; and, That the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee support the applicants' proposal as described in the heritage permit application and with the following conditions : The height of the proposed fence be limited to a maximum height of 1.2 meters; and That natural materials be used for the playground.

That the Heritage Newmarket Advisory Committee support the applicant's proposal to de-list the property from the non-designated Heritage Register.
