That the report entitled Recommendation Report – Shining Hill Secondary Plan dated February 23, 2026, be received; and, That the Shining Hill Secondary Plan and Schedules, found as Attachment 1 and 2 of this report, be approved; and, That the amending by-law for the implementing Official Plan Amendment be brought forward to a future Council meeting for approval; and, That Staff be authorized and directed to do all things necessary to give effect to this resolution.
